Question about Ovens
My Ariston oven was not heating properly, would only get to 165 Celsius when set to 250 Celsius (maximum). I have since removed the thermostat from the clips (attempting to see if moving it to a new location would help) and have ended up replacing it to it's original position.
Now the oven gets hotter than what it's set on - by an inconsistent amount. Sometimes 20 degrees hotter, sometimes 60 degrees hotter.
So, would it seem that I should replace the thermostat? Or does the inconsistency suggest a different component is faulty?
