Bt200 only exhausts

Here is a parts diagram. You may want to remove the four, top allen screws and pull off the head. Turn it upside down and with your thumbs push on the head valve assembly (items 9 and 10) and make sure it goes up and down freely. It is spring loaded (item 8). If it gets stuck it will blow air out the exhaust. Also a bad seal between it and the cylinder will cause the same thing.

When reinstalling the head assembly I push down from the middle of the head as evenly as possible to compress the head valve without cocking it and having it stick. I then hold the head with one hand while putting the screws back in with another. I use t handle allen wrenches. Also always lightly grease (or coat with air tool oil) any new o-rings you install. You don't want to run them dry. I use a tub of white lithium grease because I do so many. If you knew this already I apologize but it may help others that read this.

Changed boot sequence in bios, now I cant access bios, and screen is blank. is there an easy way to reset the laptop back to factory?

The only way to reset the BIOS is to take the laptop appart, remove the CMOS battery and short the reset jumper on the motherboard. Unfortunately this is unrealistic unless you are handy with taking things appart and putting them back together.

Let me know if you have any questions.

My headphone jack no longer works i want to fix it myself ive already taken it appart .... what now ?

Dependant on how damaged it is you may just be able to solder the existing one back in place.

If you need to get a replacement, below is a link showing parts available for this model.

1-793-288-43 J302; HEADPHONE JACK

The above details are for the MZ-N505. If you have the MZ-N505C or MZ-505U then the above parts would not fit.

If you need any further assistance then just ask for clarification.

Please leave feedback.

How do I get this thing appart and put in new

First, you need to gently pry off the 'cap'on the bottom that surrounds the hole for the cord. Once removed, the side grips will simply pull away revealing 4 screws. Remove screws to take off back cover. Circuit board will then simply lift out.

You will find compatible batteries at See link below

How to get to the control panel

Bosh is very tricky. You will probably have to remove the outer door panel first. #15 Torx screws all around the inside of the door panel. Support the panel with your feet while you remove the bottom two screws. (Do those last!) Close the door. Then slide the door panel down about 1 in and pull away at the bottom. Notice the two plastic blocks near the bottom of the door and how they fit onto the door frame (they never stay in place!)
If the console is not loose already, remove the two #15 Torx screws on the upper sides of the door panel.
When putting it back together, put in the screws across the top of the console first, then the door panel, then the rest of the screws.
Good luck!

Bios Battery

You need to separate the motherboard from the back of the touchscreen.Don't try to totally disassemble it, just get it to where you can remove the board with the battery. Then you can carefully remove the small board with the battery.

Thread getting caught underneath

you need to replace your shukle that holds the tread bobbing is either slack or broken . if it is slack then you tighten the little screw that holds a cover that gives the thread tension .if its broken then replace it.once the thread is slack below it will cause your thread to bundle up.
