Both phones need to be taken to a mobile service center to have the phone firmware added back on the phones.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

My phone doesn't work when I turn it on

Your phone has been internally damaged and is 'stuck' in Bootloader Mode.

Unfortunately the only way to resolve this issue will be to take your phone to your service provider.

If possible, take it to one of your service provider's Retail Corporate stores that has on-site tech support and repair. Maybe it can be repaired at the store - but that is not always possible depending on the damage the phone has suffered.

If it's under warranty, (or insured) they can replace it. Otherwise, you may need to purchase a new phone.

I flashed a cdma rom on a gsm htc diamond and now its dead it wont go into bootloader, power on, and hard reset does not work help please!!

In case it is not going into bootloader even, then it is bricked and you need to send it to HTC service center. There is nothing that can be done as the bootloader has been damaged.

How to get into bootloader

The bootloader is invoked by pressing down the Record button and using the stylus at the same time to press the RESET button at the left side.

Phone only on bootloader

bootloader is the programing mode for when motorola loads the operating system. Typically this will happen when a bad flash code is used. You can try and remove the battery while the phone is turned on and hope it reloads the OS. Otherwise talk to your carrier about warranty stuff.
