How do I find a web page to download a free user's manual for a Prestige desktop Hard drive by iomega which I recently purchased?

Go to https://iomega-na-en.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/iomega_na_en.cfg/php/enduser/cci/subproduct.php?p_prods=3&p_pv=1.3&prod_lvl1=3&p_sid=oqlM9o-j
Then select your hard drive and when you see "Choose your Operating systems" click on "Any / Not applicable" then on your right side, you are going to see under "Documentation" User's Manual. I hope this helps

Where can I find the free software that I am entitled to after purchasing an iomega prestige 1tb hard drive? the leaflet says look to iomega.com/suite but there are are all sorts of other non-iomega sites...

you have to go to there main web site make sure you have blank disk with you.
