When i try to open the Cyberlink YouCam program, it tells me that there is no device + that if i have an integrated webcam i must ensure this is turned on. I don't know how to turn my integrated YouCam on + i have looked on the Cyberlink site and the Medion site but his has not helped. Any ideas?

just wondering if you fixed it, I have the same problem

1. Ensure you have the webcam driver installed.
2. Install webcam application i.e Cyberlink Youcam.

the application might still be open in the task tray? you might try closing the program if its open

dsavageprosp- Do you have any controlling software installed? I know on integrated HP WebCams they usually use Cyberlink YouCam for web-cam software (which SHOULD be pre-installed with an integrated camera), under Start>Programs>CyberLink YouCam>CyberLink YouCam. Can you please explain your problem in brief like exactly what is the problem with your Cyberlink Webcam or is it a problem with the Cyberlink Software.... Please don't hesitate to contact me to help you in a better manner

I have just bought the same Laptop, when windows Vista is started the webcam doesn't work. By pressing the keys FN + F9 the webcam will be activated (you have to do this every time you start your laptop)

Are you sure the webcams model is a Youcam? or did you infact mean the program?
