Question about Computers & Internet
What you have here is likely a problem of missing codecs. Codecs are required for playing of files. I suggest the following solutions:
1 Install Gom player. Click here to visit the website. Along with that install the basic k-lite codec pack.
2 Install VLC media player. Click here to visit the website.
If the links do not work let me know. By installing the k-lite codec pack you should also be able to play videos from Media player.
You should not have any problem with the installation as it is very easy and requires only pressing the next button. When in doubt just choose the default options and let the installer do the rest.
And additionally I would like to inform you that files downloaded from frostwire are sometimes not actually what they appear to be. You can apparently download a 700 MB movie file but it will not play because it is NOT a movie file but a binary junk and possibly virus. This is infrequent but happens.
Please let me know if it helped or not. Thanks.
