Try restarting your computer and press the correct (F1-F12) option that enters you into SETUP. Using the 4 directional arrow keys, select DRIVES then hit ENTER. This will bring you to see each SATA port. At this point you will need to scroll through each one insuring they are all ENABLED or ON. Follow the on screen instructions to accomplish this task as BIOS versions vary from each computer. You should then be directed to press F10 to save and exit SETUP.
