Question about Bose (321GS) System
Remote fails to operate the system, batteries have been replaced
Hi does the remote have an led light on it or not if it does is it flashing when you press button.
If not then check the battery terminals are clean if it still dont work then try removing the case as their might be a button jammed as this would cause the problem your having also with the case off clean behind the buttons incase of grease or damp clean the contacts and then put back together usuall this does the trick.
It could be jammed button or grease behind buttons this is the usuall problem with most remotes unless they have been dropped on hard surface damaging the internal components
