Delete your Bluetooth headset from your phone's device history and pair your headset to your phone again.
A. Delete the headset from phone history:
For most Motorola phones:
Return to the find device in bluetooth setup and make certian your headset is on and in discover mode
For a walk through on pairing your headset and phone go to this web site..
If asked for a pin code four zeros is the pin code and cannot be changed.
