Look up tmobile on wiki and get all the internet settings from there and manually input them on your phone or you could play with tmobiles website and try to match your phone as best as you can and have the settings sent to you.

CECT phones are always unlocked. However, your particular CECT phone may use different frequncies than what your cell carrier uses.
Think of if this way, your CECT phone works like a FM radio. Your phone might use 800mhz for making phone calls, and 2100Mhz for surfing the internet. But your carrier (T-Mobile, Orange, AT&T, etc) might using 800Mhz for phone calls and 1900Mhz for surfing the internet. If this is the case, you will not be able to use that phone on that carrier for data. Sorry.
here is a web page that has all the settings for gprs but you do have to be subscribed to the right plan to make this all work. try the settings and if they don;t get you there, contact t-mobile and see what you need to have to get mms
the best thing is to google your carrier and say for mms messages. you have to edprofile and give the proxy port and other things. have you setup the internet? internet needs to be setup to do mms stuff.
Since CECT P168 is china mobile you have to get the internet settings done from your near service provider centre(vodafone mobile store if vodafone).
'gprs not subscribed': it specifies that you have gprs actviated on your sim but you dont have right internet settings on your mobile or china mobile.
so in order to get internet setting take your mobile to the nearest service provide centre(for eg; vodafone mobile store) they will make some internet settings on your mobile and from then you can use your internet, but make sure that you min balance in mobile to surf internet.....
in the case of branded mobiles(like nokia, samsung,......) it is just enough to send a msg from ur mobile and get internet settings on our mobiles but this is not in case of china mobile(you have to go the nearest centre and get it done.........)
