ARE YOU USING A 3 WAY TO 2 WAY ADAPTER OR EXTENSION CORD. THIS MIGHT BE THE PROBLEM. TRY A NEW EXTENSION CORD TO A DIFFERENT OUTLET TO ELIMINATE THE POSIBILITY OF AN OUTLET PROBLEM. OR IF THERE IS A RECTANGLE COVER PLATE ON THE BACK OF THE REFRIGERTOR WITH THE CIRCUIT BOARD IN IT THEN THE BOARD MIGHT BE BROKEN. I KNOW THIS IS STUPID BUT THIS HAPPENS. MAKE SURE IT IS ON. LET ME KNOW WHEN YOU HAVE MORE INFO.

This looks like there is a problem with thermstat in the fridge. We had a fridge that would not cool and we found it to be the thermastat problem. You have to replace the thermstat on the fridge. Not 100% sure but a high possibility.

We just moved the fridge to paint behind it. However, afterward the fridge is just cool but, the freezer works great. We have the fridge on max cool and still just cool. I also don't notice any...

I am not 100%, but there is an electronic door that allows cold air to pass through the freezer to the refrigerator. This is located in the refrigerator in the top left hand side. If you can here the fan in the freezer than you are probably have an electric door which is controlled by your thermostat. Make sure you set the thermostat back to the factory settings when you replace the evaporator fan electric door. I hope I helped you.

Any info on electrolux RA1300 gas fridge. Freezer works well but fridge compartment doesn't chill

If you had an electric fridge the problem is usually the evaporator fan motor ($30).
I suspect that you may have the same problem. Generally, freezers are cooled only, when the fridge needs cooling, the evaporator fan comes on and blows cold air from the freezer to the fridge compartment. The advice below is for an electric fridge but may also work for you, it's worth a try I suppose.
Check to be sure you can get a replacement fan first, they last about 4 - 5 years. Available from a parts supplier or electric motor company.
Unplug fridge, or disconnect gas etc. Fan should be located usually in top of freezer behind a vented cover plate. Remove cover, remove screws holding fan in, may have to cut wires. Replace with new motor, make sure the fan spins the same direction (CW OR CCW) as your old one, if you don't know which way it should spin then be sure it pushes air into the freezer area and doesn't spin backward drawing air from the freezer area.
