Easy fix. Reboot your computer by restarting it. As soon as the power starts, keep pressing the DEL key until you get the BIOS menu. If that does not bring up the BIOS menu, try pressing the ESCAPE [ESC] key when first powering up. Keep pressing those keys until the system bios menu appears.
When it does, locate the "LOAD OPTIMAL SETTINGS" and SAVE & EXIT.
There must be a switch in the bios that is turned on that is causing a conflict.
Those files that you mentioned are log files and memory dumps that can be used to diagnose any problems that you are having.
