You probably need to increase memory size and change spool option to direct one, also to disable in each installed software include acrobat reader auto update option; after you may enable some of them one per a time and see what happened

Getting the components wet is not a good start. There is most likely liquid damage on the parts even if you can't see them. And even over time corrosion to iPod can happen. Much like the Statue of Libery, it used to be copper, and now its green from long exposure to moisture.

Do you have adequate ventilation? Is the PS3 vertical or horizontal? My first thought it that it might be overheating. Try setting the console down horizontally with about 6 inches of clearance on all sides to insure enough airflow.

I cannot seem to find a solution to this glitching problem.

You must install the chipset driver first and then the other drivers. You also need to uninstall the drivers the operating system installed when it was put on,one by one and in return install the correct drivers, chipset first. Also if a bios upgrade is available with your driver download,do the bios upgrade then the chipset and then the other drivers. If your having problems after installing the drivers you have (if they are the correct ones), sounds like a communication problem between your bios and operating system.

The HDD controller driver for an I6000 is native to XP and not a driver you can update outside of a Windows Update. I'd first run diagnostics on the system (Fn+ Power Button) and if no hardware issues are apparent I'd backup my data and reinstall Windows. On a I6000 you should be able to restore the factory image with the CTRL+F11 keystroke at the black screen with the blue bar at the top with www.dell.com in white letters. Screen shows for about a second after the Dell Splash screen so you have to be fast with the CTRL+F11 keystoke. Again backup any important data before the image process
