Question about Computers & Internet
I get a blank screen on my computer when i try to turn it on and it doesnt react to anything i do until i take out the battery. p.s i have a toshiba satellite laptop a215-S7462
Sounds like dead cells or dead circuitry in the battery, If the cells or circuitry in the battery are shorting across in the battery than all the voltage is being robbed to "charge it". Hopefully the voltage regulating chips on the board are not corrupt as this will cause the system to short everytime a battery is put in.
