Question about DISH Network DVR 510 DTV Receiver / 100-Hours Video Recorder
Hello brent_legget, my name is Mike Houston of DISH Network customer service. I want to say sorry you're having that issue; there are things we can check on that. First we want to make sure the receiver is plugged directly into the wall and let the receiver power up on its own. Once the receiver powers up, we will want to check the DVR and try to check recordings. And if the problem still persist please reply to this post so I can help further.

All my recordings (30 + hours) were erased after a power outage!
