Fujitsu v5535 describes unexpected error and toshut down and restart but come up with same everytime

Go to Start > Control Panel> System and Security> Power Option> Change Plan Settings> Right down on the bottom you will have Adjust Plan Brightness (if you are running windows 7). For windows 8 should be under power options as well. Good Luck!

Please can you try the following

1) Go to www.devicedoctor.com
2) Download and install the software
3) Run the software and click on scan
4) It will pick the correct audio driver for you, click download and install the driver
5) This will hopefully restore your sound

Try Safe Mode. Press F8 key during bootup and you will be presented with a black screen with multiple choices. Select "Safe Mode". This will load Windows with minimal drivers and with admin login option. If you can log in as administrator then create a new account in the Control Panel. Restart the computer and shut down. If it shuts down correctly then you are half way there, windows OS is not to badly corrupted. Boot up and if it comes up normally select the new profile you created.

If this does not work, then you will have to repair the system files, for which you will need a OS CD or restore disk.

turn laptop over if you look down the centre of the width of the dvd rom you will see a small star screw remove screw and pull out dvd rom reversal to replace

Try pressing the F8 key while booting, at the boot option page select the last known good configuration and boot from there. If this does not work, press the F8 key while booting and choose boot in safe mode, then go to start/programs/accessorys/system tools/system restore. choose a date that the computer was acting normal and restore to this date. If this does not work do a reinstall with the system restore disk and drive/application restore disk. BPCS
