Cannot open anything on my Dell

When I click on an icon or the start button, nothing happens. It doesn't matter if I right click or left click or double click. I have restarted a few times. Still not able to open anything.

Sounds like a virus has locked you out. Start the machine in safe mode by pressing F8 on boot. Then load anti virus software and clean your systemhttp://microrepair.eu/#/software/4539583989

Hi there, I have a Dell All-in-one printer photo 964 and have never had any problems with it until yesterday. It keeps saying there is a paper jam and there is no paper stuck in it and I can't do anything...

    1. Open Printers by clicking the Start button 4f6cbd09-148c-4dd8-b1f2-48f232a2fd33.png, clicking Control Panel, clicking Hardware and Sound, and then clicking Printers.

    2. Right-click the printer you want to use, and then click Set as Default Printer. A check mark is displayed on the printer icon to mark it as your default printer.

    Connecting to internet

The “Network adapters “is located in the”Device Manager” menu. If you clicked on” Device Manager” and nothing happens lets try to get to it another way. Go to “My Computer” which is usually located in the “Start” button, (lower left corner of desktop) and RIGHT click on “My Computer”. Another smaller window should open. Select “Properties” and another window will open. Select the “Hardware” tab at top select the “Device Manager” button.
