Try a different vehicle if it still dont work it is a resistor in the heat sync and the unit over heated common on CDA-9827 thats why it has a fan alpine co tryed to fix the problem and it dont work well obviously the resistor should be very noticable when you open the case work up remove the cd unit 4 screws at each corner in the back right corner is where youll be looking it should be a gient grey or brown looking thing with rings on it ddont touch it wright down the coulors on it in reading order of appearence this determins the ohms (Resistance) of the resistor if it is not there it will be two metal things sticking up that look like this __, ,__
) '' '' ( your local radeoshack should have the part/s youl need the black one under it may have also been damaged by the heat if it did it should only cost pennys on the dollar to repair probbably around $8.00US Currency if you brought it to my place i would charge around $70.00US Currency so yeah its pretty easy to do your self youl need a peice of card board to practice on a 25Watt no more soldering iron if you go more than 25Watts you will dammage the motherboard youl also need fresh rosin core solder a steady hand and a little patience easy does it you dont usualy get a second chance so be carfull tip use a solder pen and give it at least 5 mins to heat or your solder wont bond

I purchased a Numark CDN22 MK5 about 6 months ago. I used it once that same week. It worked fine. I brought it back out last weekend to use it again and the cd drives do not open. Everything powers on fine...

If the item is still under warranty my first choice would to take it back to the store, if you checked the belts, then I would suspect a bad loading motor or the power feed "about 5 volts" that might be missing.

My Iphone will not turn tried charging it and it still won't respond at all seems to have no power. The phone is only about 6 months old.

Hello.

First, remove and reinsert the battery.

If still a problem, since it is only 6 months old, return it to your provider for a replacement.

Hope this solves your problem.

6 CD cartridge will not eject

If you are getting power to the unit and you hear it clicking and making a sound when you hit the eject button, the this means that a CD is jammed in the track and while it was changing it got stuck and now causes you to see an ERROR message.
What you do is while hitting the eject button, wiggle the CD MAGAZINE up and down and side ways. This will cause the CD to fall into place and your magazine will pop out.

JVC Car Stereo

The head unit should have two separate +12V connections: One that goes to a switched 12V power that is switched on/off via the ignition and one that is always energized at +12V. If the head unit's switched +12V lead is not connected, the unit will not turn on (except for when +12V is first applied to the "always on" lead, in which case it will immediately eject the CD). Please respond if this is not the issue. Hope this helps!
