Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Microsoft Office 2010 has a feature that lets you send Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files as Internet faxes. This feature relies on having the Windows Fax Printer Driver or Fax Services installed on the computer to send the faxes. The Windows Fax feature is not enabled by default for all editions of Windows. If your edition of Windows includes the driver or service, you must install it before you can send Internet faxes.
Which operating system are you using? Windows 7
  1. In Control Panel, click Programs, and then click Programs and Features.

Note In Classic view, double-click Programs and Features.

  1. Click Turn Windows features on or off.
  2. In the Windows Features dialog box, under Print and Document Services, select the Windows Fax and Scan check box.

I can not get my laptop to turn on.

The Conflicker worm will execute at start-up and a predetermined date/time regardless of battery removal. If you did have the virus (very possible), and you started your system, you will have destroyed the boot sector of the hard disk necessary for Windows to operate properly.

Your solution is to use your factory restore disk to wipe the drive and re-install Windows.

Use a robust anti-virus program like NOD32/ESET after you restore your system. They have a 30 day free trial, and it's well worth the price of 50 dollars a year to protect yourself from further attack.

Restore factory settings

turn pc off with the system cd in the drive and reboot to cd. It will ask if you want to repair or install. Just follow the prompts to do a full reinstall. It will ask if your sure, and that all data on drive will be lost. Click yes and it will uninstall and reinstall everything to factory settings. Then boot the driver cd, and it will let you know what drivers are needed for your pc.
Make sure that your cd drive in bios is the first to start and not the hard drive. You can change that later if you want but I leave the cd drive as first so if there is a problem, I can use the disk to boot from. Also, only leave mouse, keyboard, and monitor plugged in. Unplug printers, scanners, ect:
After that, make sure you do all the update's and have a good antivirus program installed. I use Avast free and love it. Don't run 2 virus program. They will cause a conflick, so if you have one on the disk from the restore, remove it from add/remove first.

Good luck, it's easy to do and much easier that removing some of the virus's out there, and fixing some of the hardware conflicks
