is it a 780 or a 731? found manual for 780; http://omronhealthcare.com/wp-content/uploads/hem-780-instruction-manual.pdf nothing on 731. Try removing the battery for 10 min to reset all. May be time to replace.

Best thing is to take it to your doctor and compare his readings, under the same conditions, as BP varies a lot in one person.

I need instructions for using Lumiscope Blood Pressure monitor Model 1094

I have used Omron monitors for around 2 years now and I have not found any problem with it. The error may be because you went to the doctor, your blood pressure must have changed since there was a time gap. There is no need to get worried.

Recalibration normally has to be done by the manufacturer. As they have to certify the calibration. Keep in mind, that it is not unusual for your BP to read a bit higher at the doctor's office, than it does at home. It's sarcastically called "White coat hypertension." Which translated means, your blood pressure rises a bit at the doctor's office due to anxiety. Or it's being taken at a different time of day, than you take it at home, in a relaxed atmosphere.

You should be able to depress the small white button under the main display screen and have the '2004' show up on the screen. Push the big, oval button to adjust to correct year. Depress again to display the month, repeat adjustment with oval button, depress again for date, then time. Should be good to go.

My HEM 780 issimilar but, has forward and backward arrows to make adjustments.
