If no suction, then you have a clog either in the hose, the dirt inlet by the brush roll, or bad filters.

Spinbrush not working on eureka as1104

If the belt is intact, the brush roller ends may be so jammed (usually with hair) that it cannot rotate. Also, if the brush roller cannot rotate, the motor shaft may be rotating in one spot on the belt and eventually will burn it out. The solution in the case of the brush roller is to remove it and check for free rotation. If the ends are binding, the brush roller will have to be disassembled to remove debris.

Check for clogged hoses, dirty HEPA filter, animal/human hair, carpet fibers/threads- build up on brush head or inside underneath the brush head.

Eureka lightspeed dirt comes from underneath vacuum cleaner

Usually this is either a broken belt or a clog in the tube that leads up from the brush head.

My eureka 437 stopped sucking

Hello,
I believe the filter on your vacuum is clogged. Bagless vacuums require the filter be brushed or washed and dried, If they are not, the filter will clog, resulting in the reduction of suction. Clean filter about every 3 months or sooner if the same problem happens again. Hope this helps.

Have eureka 9734 replaced belt, put back together, brush rotates well but vacuum is not picking up anything, no suction.

It sounds like the machine is clogged. Check the port behind the belt and any and all hoses for obstructions and remove.

How do you remove the vacuum roller off

I assume this an Eureka? If it is then there are 2 screws on the top cover, take them out and the cover will come off, the belt and brush roller are out in the open now. Brush roll Part #54941-1 and belt part #54312.
