over loaded the washing machine and the front door is now locked

Unable to open the door of our washing machine. I ahve tried all the troubleshooting, to no avail. How do we get it open.
I have the same problem Post a new problem

I had to wait a while with mine (Bosch Axxis). After having a regular washer, I think these are sh*t. Mine washes for over an hour starting and stopping and making noise. The dryer also takes over an hour.

usually switching off at the mains and the machine and waiting for a few minutes should do it. Make sure the programme select dial is at the correct position. Have you tried emptying out the water first? (either by putting it on a spin cycle or physically removing the outlet hose from the pump and catching the water in a basin or bucket)
