You need to send it back so they can fix it. If you bought it in another country you cant send it to a factory in america.

hi... since u brought ur mobile n other country an using it n other country th service providers for country may differ.. so u jus go th authorised service centre an ask to mak ur mobile to work n th country u r staying....

now if u don t have it u cant set it up

i dont think so it needs a software to be installed in ur PDA b4 it is lost and then u can track ur pda thru GPS which is built in but if u never installed such a software then u cant do it

now u can only do one thing u can go to ur service provider and request to block the pda for future use and they will black list the IMEI if u have BOX with IMEI or u know it but u have to prove that u are the owner of it and they may or may not help u in finding ur mobile if they know which SIM is being used

You actually have to call in to T-mobile on this so they can push a software update to your phone to update your fave5. Call in and ask for PDA.

no it cant. it's a PDA , it is not a phone.
it can do wifi, if lucky most cant.
wifi is an option sold new.... so can be missing.
even with it most modern routers block it.

why not just buy and old smart phone.
use that.
avoid PDA like the plague.

There is another browser out, I think it is called ftxPBrowser. It does tabbed browsing and you can save images. hope that will work.
