Question about Samsung Cell Phones
i am exactly not sure there this will solve your problem, but lets try it, just Reset eeprom by doing the following to ensure factory settings.
1) *2767*3855# phone will reboot to original settings
2) *2767*2878# phone will reboot
3)Press *#06# to get imei, write that down
4)Insert diferent sim card from different company
5)Turn on, at sim error enter *2767*688 imei number followed by# (example)*2767*688352787123423456# (imei has 15 numbers also located on back of phone)
6) Phone will reboot to your new service provider, enter *0141# then hit call button
Phone should say personalized. turn off phone and insert different sim card. power back on. at sim unlock code screen enter 00000000 8 zero's hit enter
This should unlock the e715 with the updated firmware
Try at your own risk!!!! worked for me but who knows

You can not get unlock codes for a tocco unless the network which the phone is locked to is willing to supply them and there is almost always a charge for this,
Best option is a unlocking shop or stall,or online instantly but there is a charge for these methods, there is no free solution

With working sim in phone, go to keypad and enter *2767*3855# and wait, this will fully reset phone so ensure you back up anything on it first, during repowering up remove battery and insert sim from other network then turn back on, phone should now be sim lock free. As always this is at your own risk. This will likely work with other Samsung phones
