Question about Dell Dimension 2400 PC Desktop
Turn the computer around. On the back right side, look for an L shaped plastic piece sticking out. Slide it down. Now, while holding this piece down, sprawl your right hand against the panel side on your right and pull the panel toward the back. (It is often hard to get much of a grip.) It does slide out, though.

Unscrew and then pull towards back.
sometimes these panels can be very very tight.
