I cant get into my hotmail whats up with that

Point your web browser at Sign In

If another account comes up, sign out of it by clicking the avatar in the upper-right then clicking "Sign out."

If you then still can't sign in to your account, click the "Can't access your account?" link on the sign-in page.

If you're getting an error message, what does it say?

Cannot access hotmail account, does not allow me to sign in.

The advantage to the Web-based email service is that all you need to check your messages is a computer, browser and connection to the Internet.
This makes it possible to check your messages from on the road when you are expecting an important email.

Open a browser.
Go to the Windows Live Hotmail log-in page using the link Below.
http://mail.live.com/

Type your Windows Live ID and password in the fields to the right.
Click the "Sign in" button.
Click the Inbox link to the left.
Your email will be displayed.
Cannot Access My Hotmail Account
If you try to open your Hotmail account and you cannot access it, one reason could be that Hotmail is listed as a "restricted site" in Internet Explorer.
You can go through your restricted websites and remove Hotmail from the list so that you can once again access your account.
Once you allow Hotmail through, you should not have any further issues opening the page.
Right click in the top of a web page you should see a number of toolbar options select the menu tab which will add File Edit View Favorites Tools and Help
Click "Tools" at the top of the open Internet Explorer browser.
Select "Internet Options."
Open the "Security" tab.
Click "Restricted Sites," and then click the "Sites" button.
Select "hotmail.com" from the list of sites.
Click the "Remove" button, and then click "Close."
Select "Apply" in the "Internet Properties" to save the settings.

Hotmail com sign in cant sign in

Hotmail passwords are case sensitive, so something as simple as having your caps lock on can keep you from accessing your account.
Double check to be sure you are typing both your username and password exactly how you created them.
Reset your password.
If you haven't logged into your Hotmail in some time and suspect you might be using the wrong password, click the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the Hotmail log-in page.
On the next screen, follow the prompts to enter your email address and the given security verification code.
Click "continue" and on the next screen, select the option that allows you to answer your pre-set security question.
This is a question you supplied when you set up your Hotmail account.
After correctly answering the question, you will be prompted to reset your password.
Clear your browser history and temporary Internet folders if you are continually getting a "Page Cannot Be Displayed" message when you log in.
The exact procedure for doing this depends on your operating system and browser.
If you continue to get see this message, it could indicate a problem with the Hotmail server.
Check the status of the network on a site like Down Right Now that reports server problems on popular sites.
Submit a support request on the Windows Live page.
On the Windows Live site, select "Hotmail" under "Standard Services."
A search screen will open that will allow you to check out a variety of Hotmail related support topics.
At the bottom of that screen, choose "get more help" and then "support."

Why cant I get into Hotmail?????????

Hotmail Won't Load
Hotmail is a free email service provider operated by Microsoft.
Though Hotmail has existed since the early 1990s, changes made to the service may be preventing Hotmail from loading correctly on your computer.
Clear your Web browser's cookies and then restart your browser.
Enter your Web browser's "Options" utility and delete all cookies, then restart your browser, then try to load Hotmail again.
Cookies are files that store information on your computer.
Your Web browser constantly refers to the information as it loads websites.
If an error has been stored in a cookie, it is possible that this could prevent you from being able to log into Hotmail.
Go directly to the Windows Live website.
Though Hotmail addresses and the service itself still exists, Hotmail has existed under the "Windows Live" banner of products since 2007 with the release of Windows Vista.
If you're attempting to load Hotmail through Hotmail.com, your browser may be having a hard time redirecting you to the new site.
Go to the Windows Live website (see Below) directly and try to log in there. http://login.live.com/

Type your user name correctly. To log into your Hotmail account you are going to need to type your full user name followed by "@hotmail.com" into the "Windows Live ID" box on the site.
If you leave out the "@hotmail.com" part of your email address, Windows Live will be unable to log you into your Windows Live inbox.
Type your password correctly.
Hotmail account passwords are case sensitive, which means that capital letters are considered different from lowercase letters.
Make sure all letters that should be capitalized in your password are (and those that shouldn't be capitalized aren't), and then click "Sign In" to try to access your Hotmail account again.

Windows vista and hotmail

Well thats funny Hotmail is owned by Microsoft and this is Hotmails address http://login.live.com/login.srf?wa=wsignin1.0&rpsnv=10&ct=1187752173&rver=4.5.2130.0&wp=MBI&wreply=http:%2F%2Fmail.live.com%2Fdefault.aspx&id=64855

I would take it up with MIcrosoft if I were you only they can help you if your Vista cannot recognise Hotmail unless your signing in through a client for instance Outlook express or any other client.  Hotmail will not connect to any clients other than the above link.
