Jet Steam Oven

I have never used one. I purchased a fairly new one at a garage sale. No instructiions included. Can I prepare ribs in this oven. I need to prepare a dish (ribs) from there I think I prepare anything. Question is there a manual for this jet steam oven on the internet? Do I add water to the bottom? Place on rack and let it steam or what? HELP

I need to find a on/off temperature knob for a Rival 22 quart roaster oven

Suggest checking with retailer where you purchased oven from.
If this fails to help then try contacting Jardon Consumer products to find out where nearest spare parts retailer is.
http://www.jardencs.com/about-us/office-locations/about-us-location.html
They are the actually company that owns the rival product name.

Please help for orion steam cook

Hi Darren: The Orion Steam Cooker website appears to be very useful and also has a Community Forum for exchanging information. You might find the posted instructions and the downloadable manual also to be of assistance.

The online store has replacement parts including grates for sale. However before ordering online I would recommend contacting the company to advise that your purchase was shorted one grate and see if they would be willing to provide. You might also inquire if they still have retailers carrying their product in NZ.

You can contact the company through their website using their webform or write to: support@orioncooker.com

Good luck!
