Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Console
Yes this is a common problem ,and not hard
to fix yourself . First of it may just be a weak laser
and their fairly cheap 20.00 or so. But there is the
possibility that the spindle motor is weak.
So what I do is first go on lamma or Rich PSX
sites and find out make and model drive you have
then go to ebay and buy a replacement drive
when you receive your drive open it up and disconnected
all the ribon cable, in some drives you will need to unsolder them . take the new drives P.C. board out
and throw it away . now remove the P.C. board form
your old drive and install it in the new one .
That will 100% fix the problem
