Mouse buttons left right switching sticky keys

Remember you can always use the keypad in place of the mouse. Try replacing the mouse with another one. If that doesn't work, it is probably something in the software. Do a scan on the system next.

My logitech mouse not working properly even i put new battery its indicate low battery and grounded

This means that there is a harware issue as the circuit seems grounded and so the voltage drains off thereby there is no voltage to the working of the circuit .
You can check by opening the mouse to see if the short is at the battery voltage circuit, use a multimeter to check for short.

1) Try to download and install a free driver updater software, e.g. http://www.innovative-sol.com/drivermax/index.htm - let it scan and update all your missing drivers - it may fix USB general problems if this causes also the mouse problems.
2) If it doesn't help - then there might be problem with the laser beam of your mouse (check the laser beam while the mouse is still moving, and then compare it with the beam when the mouse has stopped moving, maybe the laser beam is out). In this situation - bring it to the warranty repair service or ask for replacement from your seller.

Laptop mouse stopped workig ??

In your case it maybe that the mouse is disabled, this is done with a function key, FN and one of the F1- F12 keys.

make sure the mouse is not disabled.

if this doesn't solve the issue.
it may possibly be:
  1. Software issue.
  2. cut cable.
  3. broken touchpad.
  4. issue between the touchpad and motherboard.
  5. faulty motherboard..
