Try to log out of XBOX Live and then sign back in.

If not contact Microsoft and see if they can research it for you.

Call 1-800- 4MY XBOX.

What's wrong with my Xbox 360? I turn it on it looks like it's working then looks like ive never played the game before.. no memory, no avatar, no gamer score?

It may be that you accidentally deleted your gamer tag. try recovering it from Xbox live. if you deleted your tag you may have also accidentally deleted your saves too which you cannot recover.

My games arnt saving, and/or I'm not receiving any acheivements. " failed to right gamer profile settings. One possible reason is if you removed your xbox 360 memory unit. Changes to your profile...

this may be caused from copying files over to another gamertag in which you wouldnt get achievements now about not saving the memory may be full or the system itself is not detecting the drive for memory

I need help with x box live some guy took my acount

Try to recover it but if that doesn't work, there's sadly nothing you can do to get it back. And unfortunatly you lost your gamer score and history of games and everything. Will have to start over from scratch. Hope you can recover it!

Gamer points

Delete your account from your xbox360, then recover it, takes 30minutes to recover depending on the size of your profile, and not to worry, to delete your gamer tag from your system does not delete saves or anything, and is simple to recover and usually updates the score

My profile was randomly corrupted

Just delete the profile and recover it. As long as you ONLY remove the profile, all your saves will still work and no acheivements or friends will be lost.

Ok we bought a new harddrive 120 gigs of memory and first it only had 117 but thats not the problem ... the problem is that when i tryed to look at an acheivment after we transfered everything over from...

Unfortunately without having a xbox live account all your achievements I'm afraid are lost. Next time before to link your account to at least a Silver membership (the free one) that way if you ever accidentally delete or lose your profile information, you can just recover your gamer tag from Xbox Live along with all your gamer info.

One more question though, does your 20gig hdd still contain your profile and gamer achievements? If so, you could most likely just copy it onto a memory card over to your 120gb hdd.

Also the reason its only 117gb, is the same reason all hdd are not the same size they are advertised. The manufacturer assumes 1000mB = 1GB when in reality 1024mB = 1GB. So 120,000mB (which is the physical size of the hard drive) divided by 1024mB = ~117GB.

My gamerscore shows up on the "my xbox" screen but....

Sounds like someone has modded equipment, or your victim of a malicious other. Now I have idea of why this could happen. Your memory is full, you've been hacked, You have modded your 360. Of course it seems like your 360 is automatically downloading things from live and is deleting your items, this although unlikely is a suspect. Here's a few part solutions:
1.If you've modded your 360 I'm sorrry I can't help
2.If you've givin' your information out recently, then you should call microsoft and they'll lock your account while they investagate
3.Delete some items
4. Disable live from automatically downloading things

Then again this sounds more like a problem eminating from the system itself, You may have to trade it in, But if all else fails tell Microsoft. Good luck

Harddrive

the achievments you have received in the game previously will still be marked with xbla. but if the drive is corrupt then you have to start all over again but you will get to keep your current acheivments posted on xbla.

its a pain in the rear but it happens sometimes. check your stats on the xbla website to make sure your stats ect are still there as they should be but it wont show up in your console anymore cause it thinks you havent done them.

hope that helps and let me know if you still have your acheivments on the xbla website.

Corrupted profile

If you're on Xbox Live you can use the "recover gamertag" option to see if you can pull down your profile from the MS servers. Briefly press the center "Xbox" button in the middle of your controller when on the welcome screen where you normally select your profiles.

If you are not on Xbox Live you have probably got a problem with your save device (memory card or hard drive.) I recommend calling 1-800-4MY-XBOX and asking them to help you recover the profile.
