Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

SOURCE: Need Code for Blaupunkt Radio

This is a real old Blaupunkt where according to my database the code is hardwired inside the radio...and I don`t think it will be obtained by quoting the Serial Number.

What I would suggest is try here for free advice

www.ukbookshelf.co.uk

They should be able to provide more information for you..

Try starting from scratch, disconnect battery for a few minutes and reconnect, ECU are usually reset and it may clear this default in your immobilizer. FREE-PPV.com

Need code for blaupunk peugeot 206 cassett player bp8140w7052093 if any one can help just brought car and it says error 3 thanks

When you disconnect your battery and then reconnect it again, it disables the radio. This is an anti-theft protection for your car radio.
The enable your radio the activation code is in your vehicle owner's manual. If you do not have this code you need to go to your Peugeot service centre and get them to enter this code for you.

Code for a Ford Mondeo 6000cd radio

Hi Geof

Your radio code number should read: 5796.

I trust this will do the job.

I have no other code for your model.

Please let me know if this works.

From Australia 98 Vectra with a blaupunk radio, trying to enter a radio code after a new battery BUT code has a 7 and no 7 on radio???

try disconnecting the power to it again, for atleast 15 minutes then make sure that it(the wire), stays on the (feed),don't let it go on,then off again, and you should be able to see the "flashing lights" this time with no code, if there is the 7, again, try pushing in the program button for at least 10-20 seconds this should reset it. please let me know if this helps, god bless......

Reprogramming blank key iveco daily

Unfortunately there is no solution to this except to take it back to Iveco for reprogramming.

I am led to believe from my locksmith that there are two types of transponders generally put into cars and vans.

The first is a simple chip wtih a code which matches a code in the car / Van

The second is a chip which has a set of codes. They are read in order and the car / van remembers which one was used last. If you use the wrong code in the sequence then the car / van will ignore it and not let you start the engine.

The Iveco is unfortunately in the second group. If, like me, you snap your key, you can superglue a new key to the old and it works fine. The chip doesn't need to be "too" close to the barrel. Yes, it looks ugly, but it's much cheaper!
