Use a faster shutter speed, lower F stop, / use a tripod, / I don't think that model has image stabilizer, if it does turn it on. If this usually happens when zoomed in, try zooming out a bit.

Yellow Camera in LCD Screen with a ! sign. What does this mean?

The camera is warning you that the shutter speed may be too slow for you to handhold the camera steady enough to prevent camera motion from blurring your photo.
For full details refer to the "Warning Messages and Displays" section of the manual (page 113 in my copy). If you need a manual you may download a copy here.

I dropped my camera now the picture a blurred

Years ago, quality binoculars I went from overseas was thumped during shipment and the recipient took them to a specialty photo repair and they warned it would cost more to have them realigned than replaced. I suspect you will meet with the same problem.

Yellow warning

It's a blur-warning. It tells that there's a risk of camera-shake and blurry pictures. Support the camera on something sturdy, when you see this warning. Using flash will also turn off the warning.

Images are blurred

Blurred images can have different reasons. Greasy lens, camera shake or focus error.
You can clean a greasy lens with a lens-cleaner solution and lens-paper.
Camera shake will (most likely) only occur on images taken without the flash. Most likely there will be a warning on the display if risk of shake. it's a hand with an "!". Focus error will usually also give a warning in the display.

Blurred pictures on fuji finepix J15fd

This is the camera shake warning, and thus the blur. It is suggesting you are using too slow of a shutter speed for the lighting conditions. The flash should be set to "auto" in order that it will automatically fire if the light is insufficient. Check your flash settings to make sure it's not set to "slow-sync" or "fill-in" settings.

Blur warning

This may be caused by a shift from camera mode to scene mode when taking a close-up shot.

Fuji uses a 16MB xD card with the camera, which won't hold too many 4 Megapixel photos at the highest quality setting. So you should plan on buying a larger card right away. xD cards are currently available as large as 1GB, and I think 128MB is a good starter size for most people. Be warned that xD cards tend to be more expensive than CompactFlash and SD cards.

"Shake" warning symbol won't leave screen.

That shake warning will appear whenever the camera is in a low-light situation where the shutter speed is low and the images may blur. If it's coming on even in bright light, maybe you set the shutter speed to a fixed low setting? Either way, you may be able to shut off the warning in the settings of the camera.
