My computer has been restored to factory settings because it kept freezing well its still freezing whats wrong with it

iTunes enables users to back up data to iTunes and restore iPhone to factory settings. your computer should search for that program, click on it and restore to oldest date, or factory settings. be prepared for many windows updates and maybe many driver updates

Perform a restore, open control panel and click maintenance then restore system. If u have ever backed the system it will restore the system to that point.

You may need to fresh install. But before you do this make sure you create a backup of all your data into an external drive.

Try restoring again but this time choose the fresh install, this will delete/wipe all data off the drive. What you done may have restored to factory settings but data were kept.

go tot Start->All Progs->Accessories->System Tools->restore. and restore the notebook to the earliest date (shown in bold numerals) possible.

You have not explained what is wrong with your computer.
Is the laptop working, does it boot up into Windows?
What are you trying to restore?
Are you trying to get into a previous Restore Point?
The Access button takes you into the BIOS, you can change the BIOS settings back to the Default settings (ie the factory default settings).
It is difficult to offer a solution without knowing the exact nature of the problem.

To restore the router to factory default settings, select Management ->
Settings -> Restore Default.
