You may have old programs set in your Aqualink and you will need to remove these. Your manuel can walk you through this.

The timer works but after starting within a few min the motor speed goes to low speed and stays there

well I cant be absolute sure because you didn't include the make and model of the timer/control , but I can say on most automatic controllers for pool and spa pumps , if you set them to come on automatically at a preset time of day most will run in there slow to mid speed , this is because the filter doesn't need to have highest flow to work , and then this reserves the highest speed for when it's needed like when pool/spa is in use by people and the control should allow an operator to manually override it to full speed as well , hence the automatic cycle time of day should not be set to operate at peak use times but instead late at night or off use hours (saves energy too)

My Compool 3000cp appears to be blank, I cannot select any features.

I would recommend a professional in this case. Those systems are very old. It may be a case of old wiring in the walls. Difficult to say.

Compool 3000CP inside pool control is blank. I cannot select any features. It appears that there is no power going to it.

It could be one of 3 things, the indoor controller may needto be replaced, or the outdoor controller, or the wiring betwen the two, from your outdoor control to the inside house panel. your best bet is to switch out your old system with a compool to easytouch upgrade with the screenlogic interface bundle, or a Jandy Iaqualink upgrade. This will enable wireless access to the pool programs as well as give you control over variable speed pumps, which, if you dont have already, you will want to purchase.you will want a pool professional to install these items.

When spa is on high it pulsates to low. Is it a priming issue?

Check you pump and see if it has air in it. If so then yes I would say it is a priming issue. Very bad to keep running it in that condition, you will burn up your pump. Could be various issues that are causing the air leak.

My Pentair NT heater goes on by itself the next day after running spa the night before. What can be done to fix this problem>?

Depends on how you turn it on: At the heater itself or with an automation system. If its with an automation system than your problem is with it. I assume this is the case.

When you turn the spa off make sure you turn the heater off first and then wait a few minutes before turning off the spa pump.

Also, check your programming.

Breaker on the end of spa plug-in trips overnight. I can unplug it and plug back in, tub runs to it's 100 degree default settings. Will stay on and maintain all day, but overnight I will find the tub off...

I have had a few troublesome units over the year that did as you describe due to 'dew' overnight collecting around the tub and the increased moiture sent the motor of the circ pump "over the edge" iinto a grounded state. A leaking pump seal was adding to the problem. Once the seal leak along with the dew got high enough the GFI would sense the grounded condition and trip. Fixing the pump seal and drying/cleaning the motor fixed the problem every time. If you find any other leak sources around the pump you will need to fix them as well.
