Is there something called a 'flasher' that may be affecting my headlights?

I usually check voltage and ground circuits for what doesn't Work. I can't look at a wiring diagram w/o year--make--model? I doubt a flasher maybe a dimmer switch.

My automotive database will only have info for vehicles sold in the US. It doesn't have everything, but, it has a lot.

I want to locate the turn signal relay for a 1982 mercedes benz 380 SL

I am not sure there is a relay for the turn sig. Relays are for large current needs like horns and headlights. If you mean the flasher it should be under the drivers kick area, a 3 prong silver job. Google the wiring diagram and if there is a relay it will be on the pos leg probably red wire.

Hey Strech thanks again but my bike only has one terminal board and it has 9 places for connections and it bolts behind the coil right behind the back jug

The wiring schematic shows 11 terminals (posts), but 2 aren't used, so 9 sounds about right.
Beings yours is probably mounted vertically, let's say #1 is at the top, and #9 is at the bottom.

#1 should have a VIOLET wire going to the LEFT REAR TURN SIGNAL (disregard all the turn signal info if you're not running turn signals), a BLACK wire going to the LEFT FRONT TURN SIGNAL, and a VIOLET wire going to the EMERGENCY FLASHER SWITCH. THREE WIRES TOTAL

#2 should have a BROWN wire going to the RIGHT REAR TURN SIGNAL, a BLACK wire going to the RIGHT FRONT TURN SIGNAL, and a BROWN wire going to the EMERGENCY FLASHER SWITCH.
THREE WIRES TOTAL

#3 should have an ORANGE wire going to the EMERGENCY FLASHER (NOT the flasher switch!), an ORANGE wire going to the DIRECTION SIGNAL FLASHER, an ORANGE wire going to the HORN SWITCH, an ORANGE wire going to the ACCESSORIES CIRCUIT BREAKER, and an ORANGE wire going to the FRONT STOP LIGHT SWITCH (this is a HOT lead, that powers all the above listed)
FIVE WIRES TOTAL

#4 should have a BLACK wire going to the STARTER BUTTON, and a BLACK wire going to the #3 lug of the STARTER RELAY. TWO WIRES TOTAL

#5 should have a GRAY wire going to the ENGINE STOP SWITCH (kill switch), and a GRAY wire going to the IGNITION CIRCUIT BREAKER.
TWO WIRES TOTAL

#6 should have a WHITE wire going to the HEADLIGHT, a WHITE wire going to the HEADLIGHT BEAM SWITCH (dimmer switch), and a WHITE wire, further on connected to a BLACK wire, going to the HIGH BEAM INDICATOR LIGHT.
THREE WIRES TOTAL

#7 should have a YELLOW wire going to the HEADLIGHT, and a YELLOW wire going to the HEADLIGHT BEAM SWITCH (dimmer switch)
TWO WIRES TOTAL

#8 should have a BLUE wire going to the HEADLIGHT BEAM SWITCH (this is the HOT lead), and a BLUE wire going to the LIGHTING CIRCUIT BREAKER.
TWO WIRES TOTAL

#9 (actually #10 on the wiring diagram, #s 9 and 11 are not used) should have a RED wire going to the FRONT STOP LIGHT SWITCH, and a RED wire going to BOTH the RED wire of the STOP LIGHT, AND the REAR STOP LIGHT SWITCH.
TWO WIRES TOTAL

Now, for the DISCLAIMER:

Your wiring might have been altered in the past, the colors might not be the same, and it is UP TO YOU to verify where/what the opposite ends of each wire connects to.
Again, the multimeter is handy for this.
Use it in OHM mode to act as a continuity tester.

ANYTIME you are working on the electrical system, ALWAYS disconnect the battery to avoid a short!!!!!

Do you know how to test automotive electrical circuits with a DMM - digital multi-meter , how to read an use a wiring diagram to pin point test spots in a circuit . Flasher blinks fast and then blew out and so did the headlight in my 2002 oldsmobile intrigue

The problems are probably related in some way. Let's reason this out...If there is an intermittent short in the wiring somewhere it could blow bulbs. If you have poor grounds on the MANY ground wires in the car and in the engine compartment, sudden surges could be taking out fuses and bulbs. If you really want to find the solution(s), you will need a wiring diagram of the complete car. You can get one by going to the auto parts store and requesting a Haynes auto book for a 2002 Oldsmobile Intrigue. In it you may find some hints like I gave you. Try to trace the worst problems first so that you can keep the car on the road (pass inspections)...

I need to know if i need a new headlight switch or if i need a fuse replaced, but i need a diagram of the fuse panel.

The fuse block on all models is located under the left hand side of the instrument panel. All flashers are mounted on the fuse block. Each fuse is marked on the fuse block as to which circuit it is protecting. Some early models also use an in-line 30 amp, fuse for the air conditioning hi-blower, located at the cowl relay and an in-line 10 amp, fuse for power antennas.

Problem with directional signal on my 97 Camry

Bad ground. You will need a diagram to figure out where the lights ground, but look around the radiator core support and see if any ground wires are loose, or corroded. Even if they look good, loosen and tighten the wires while the flashers are on.

03 Honda Civic lx HEADLIGHTS

You won't need a diagram as the damage was done where you tried patching in to the headlight circuit.   You already know wher that was,  just figure out where you shorted 2 of the wires with the wire clamp on device that wasn't lined up right.  the insulation between two of the wires has been cut and you have a partial short.  Once you identify and repair the insulation NEATLY with electrical tape, you'll be fine.
If you really think you need diagram, buy a haynes manual for about $20 at your local parts store or haynes.com.
