Question about HP Pavilion ZT3000 Notebook
Try to go to the bios screen and check if it does the same . You can go to bios by tapping f10 during startup. If it happens the same its the hinge problem i.e. the connection between the screen and the bottom of the nb. I think you might have to take the nb in for repair.
