Providing the machine has been oiled if the machine is still running slow then the chances are the motor is on the way out.

New home l373 just started running slower, it still sewing good just not as fast as it was

How long has it been since being thoroughly cleaned and oiled? Usually, older mechanical machines will slow when the oil turns to glue and begins to bind the moving parts. Frequently, you will also notice that the motor appears to be straining to run the machine. If this is the problem, continued use could damage the motor.

Hand wheel squeaks and seems slower

When has the machine last been to a mechanic for the yearly COA (clean/oil/adjust)? Are you oiling the recommended points on the machine and nothing else?

I have a singer 247 it was sewing really good but started going slower and slower til it stopped could it be the motor

It is more likely that a bushing internally warms up then seizes partially. A good cleaning and lubrication could solve this. To test the motor remove the drive belt and run the motor with no load, see if it slows down if not see idea above.

The needle is hitting against the bobbin and the bobbin is also turning slower

Needle hitting bobbin. It is mistimed. Sounds like it is time to take it in and ask the repair shop to. "Clean, lube, check and time"

Have a Consew 206RB-1. Seems within the span of a few hours today that whenever I'm turning while sewing any material, it will drop a stitch. When sewing in a straight line, it's perfectly fine. Can't seem...

It is probably because you need to move slower when moving the material around, as otherwise the thread beneath will just stretch over and make a new stitch. just slow down loads and should work! this probably isnt the right answer but hope i may of helped! :)

My sewing seem to run to slow how to make it go faster

Do you have a lever below the digital stitch window? That's where you change the speed. There are 3 speeds on this machine ranging from "slower than frozen molasses" to "autobahn" ... When you try the different speeds, you'll see what I mean!

Start/stop button problem will the machine run on its own

You have to unplug the power cord to the the foot pedal. The manual doesn't include this. And good stinkin luck with Sears or Kenmore customer service! Just pull the cord out of the machine and the start/stop button will work. Try it on a slower setting at first though. Also, if you need additional presser feet, Singer, Brother, Janome, and possibly other brands will usually work as long as they are the snap on type. I really do like my machine, good luck with yours!

My bobbin winder starts and then freezes and an alarm sounds-

Try to sew slower. In my sewing class the bobbin always freezes, and if I go slower it works better sometimes.
