Take it to an authorized dealer/repair center is my best suggestion, and when you get it back take care to keep it clean, out of the grit and dust of life.

if the snap key is sticky just drop some cleaning liquid around the button, check whether the flash is on, off it,and try to snap, if the flash lite is faulty, and it is in auto flash position it will not even snap. rest the camera in the main menu.

Sticky shutter, how do i get it cleaned ?

Not unless you are confident that you can. Cleaning the shutter involves stripping the lens down to get at the shutter mechanism. I have posted some tips for this and also have photo's of an f470 disassembled. Please do not think that it is a simple job to perform

Shutter lag on fuji finepix s7000 - is there a solution ?

2 things - you could do 1 or both, depending on the photographic situation:
1) If you can choose manual focusing, select manual focussing & prefocus on subject. This eliminates the need to refocus. I do this lots with the S9500 model.
2) If you can shoot in manual mode, use auto exposure to see what shutter speed & aperture the camera selects when the camera is pointed at the ground (or other suitably lit spot). Change to manual exposure & set the aperture & shutter speed indicated by the camera in AUTO mode.

Once you do either or both of these you will get instantaneous shutter release.

Practise on unimportant subjects first and see how you go.
