Question about Dyson DC14 Animal Bagless Upright Cyclonic Vacuum
Both myself and my son have noticed frequent "shocks: to our hands when we vacuum. Does that happen to anyone else?
I've been getting shocked with mine, but just thought it was me bing staticy. resently, my bf also go shocked. I've emailed dyson, but still no answer.

No that should not be happening...there is a major problem inside your vacuum!! you need to stop using it and get it repaired. There is probably a wire rubbed through somewhere...this could give you a very bad shock if the right things happen together....
Or just get a new vacuum...
Do not use that vacuum!!
