Has a low humming on all three channels
A low quality power supply pack (brick) to the wall outlet is most likely to be the cause of your problem.
Look for the power supply pinout and test it with a replacement power pack.
Plug the power pack onto the same power strip of the audio source (Example: your tuner) will also help rule out grounding problem.
Turn off any motor operated item (example: heater fan) to rule out noise from other appliance.
