Question about HP 2009M Monitor
I bet one of your capacitors are shot, there are several 22 pf capacitors that are connected to the high voltage transformers, that power up the LCD screen, check that first, capacitors that are burnt should be close to the two connectors that hook up the LCD monitor screen. hope this helps, there seems to be a problem with the 20 inch LCD flat screen monitors from HP, what a shame, poor quality products.
