Google Chrome is a free Internet browser made by Google.
It can be used on computers running the Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems.
If you are having problems with Google Chrome (slow connection, freezes or crashes), you should consider reinstalling the program.
To reinstall Google Chrome, you need to first uninstall the program.
After that, you can reinstall it by using the following directions.

Go to http://www.google.com/chrome to download the browser.
Select "Download Google Chrome."
Read the service terms and select "Accept and Install."
You cannot install Google Chrome without accepting the terms of service.
Select "OK". This will open the package.
Select "Install Package" and allow the installation to complete.
Choose "Close."
In order to open Google Chrome, you must go to "Applications," then select "Internet" and choose "Google Chrome."
Reinstall Google on A Windows Computer
Go to http://www.google.com/chrome to download the browser.
Select "Download Google Chrome."
Read the service terms and then select "Accept and Install."
You cannot install Google without accepting the terms of service.
After you accept, the installation will begin automatically.
Allow the installation to finish.
A dialog box will appear
Select "Start Google Chrome".
That will complete its installation and the browser will open automatically.
Reinstall Google on a Mac Computer
Go to http://www.google.com/chrome to download the browser.
Select "Download Google Chrome."
Read the service terms and then select "Accept and Install."
As with the other operating systems, you can't install Google Chrome without accepting the terms of service.
Open the file labeled "Google Chrome.dmg."
A Google Chrome window will open up.
Drag that Chrome icon from the window that opened up to the desktop.
This will start installation.
Open the browser.
The Finder will have you confirm that you want to open the application you downloaded from the Internet.
Select "Open."
You must select this to open the program.
Unlike Windows computers, Macs don't automatically open programs after installation.

"Stack overflow at line 0"

b> A stack is a section of memory where a program stores its variables, calculations, option states and program parameters. When started, a program is allocated some memory to use for the stack; a stack overflow happens when a program exceeds its allocation. The offending program may attempt to write into adjacent memory sections, causing conflicts with other programs. Stack overflows are common with Java, C++, Perl and other runtime environments, which assist in running programs. A stack overflow at line 0 indicates that the offending program tripped up from the start; however, stack overflows can occur on any line number.

Click "Start," "Control Panel, then "Internet Options." Click on the "Advanced" tab. Check "Disable Script Debugging (IE)" and "Disable Script Debugging (Other)" under the "Browsing" options. Uncheck "Display a notification about every script error." Check "Enable Automatic Crash recovery." Click "OK." Download and install a Java update from the Java website. http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp Download and install a Windows update. Hope this helps.

Freedownloads how to get your downloads to flashdrive so i may install to desktop that is not on line with xp servicepro 2

Assuming you already have a flashdrive plugged into the computer with an internet connection, go download a program you want, such as Google Chrome. When it says "Save" or "Run", choose save and save it to your desktop. Once the download is complete, and before installing the program onto the current computer, open the start menu and go to my computer. Plug in your flash drive and it should appear in the My Computer window. Open your flash drive and move the window such that your file on your desktop is visible. Now click and drag the file on your desktop to the flash drive. Once the transfer is complete, remove your flash drive and insert it into the computer that does not have an internet access. Then go to my computer, and locate the flash drive and open it. Move the window such that the desktop in in sight. Click and drag the file from the flash drive to your desktop. Then remove the flash drive and install the program.
Hope this helped, Nathan Taylor

  • Hi, if your trying to "Re-install the Norton Security Software, and you had a problem or error while "Installing"; do the following: check the "Firewall," check to see if the Firewall is blocking the "Program" from being downloaded. Next check to see if there is already a "Security" software setup on the computer that is "conflicting with the download / reinstalling. There will be alot of listings, choose the "Security; Allow a program through Windows Firewall." There will be (3) buttons in the "Top" area of the next window, select the "Exception" button, click on the "Add program..." the window will change again, scroll through the "Programs until you find "Norton Security" and "highlight' just click on it, and "Click on the OK button. Restart the computer open the "software" you want to "Install / Reinstall and select to Install; follow all the instructions. Now if there is another security software interfering with the install, you have to go back to the "control Panel again, select to open, in the next window click on the (Programs) "Uninstall a program," find the software (highlight to uninstall), once you are finished, restart the computer; this will fix everything properly, if all goes well. Closing Multiple Windows

Are you using internet explorer?

Internet explorer is unable to handle many windows open at the same time.

My suggestion is to use Mozilla Firefox which can be downloaded for free which is safer and has much fewer errors than IE. Please update me on the situation and what internet browser you are using and I will work with you until the problem is fixed.
