Left-click on 5050.

download windows 7 professional from torrent and burn to a dvd disk with Imageburn free software , restart computer with disk in and make sure computer boots hard drive 2nd and cd/dvd 1st boot device

While it would be possible to replace any chips or capacitors that are burned, the likelihood of the board working reliably is reduced considerably. I would recommend replacing the board rather than attempting repair

by default acer 5050 have 3 partitions
1. OS partition (C)
2. Data (D)
3. Recovery partition (hidden).

If you deleted recovery parition, you can't recover your C parition using Alt+F10. Your only option is recovery from cd/DVD recovery that you created. if you didn't create the cd/dvd, you can call acer support to buy the recovery dvd.
