I fixed this problem by just changing my wireless routers wireless channel from 6 to 11. and maybe if yours is on 11, switch it to 6. I know it sounds simple but thats all I had to do with mine. I did run cmd then typed ipconfig/all and i manually put all the ip, gateway, dns, numbers into the ps3. then when I would test it, it would say the whole DNS error, then I switched the wireless channel and it connected and I have not had any problems since. I hope this works for you

When i try to connect my ps3 to my wireless router it will connect but when i cant sign in and it says: an error occurred during communication with the server. this is a DNS error (80710102)

the only guaranteed way to fix that is to call your wireless service provider and have them make sure they set everything up right
and also check the settings for your router and make sure that it allows foreign devices to access itself
