Keep getting error when trying to convert avi to smv

just download mp3 4audio it will work while d format for d video is SMV so u need an smv converter to convert ur video. u can get smv converter on google

Hi! Your Philips Sa 3025/37 doesn't support .wmv video format instead it supports .smv video format. You can convert your video formats such as .wmv, .avi, .3gp, etc into .smv format.

if your converting from a dvd first you have to convert to avi or divx,then convert the avi,or divx file to smv or amv it takes a while but does work,

just chose a different file. Still dissapointed that I can only use included software to convert
