Question about Televison & Video
If the TV dose not detect a viable video signal it will mute the sound and blank the video there is a preset minimum level that enables the audio and video, insure that the video source is of good quality and the cable you are using is good, if it is than you may have a problem in the video processing circuits of your TV, the good menu screens indicate this may be the fault,,, Good luck
