The extra bulb in there could be broken, get another bulb and confirm.

I cannot get the one d cell battery left out of my 5 d cell mag flashlite I've done everything with no luck I don't want to destroy it with my frustration can someone help me please

Remove the lens end of the flashlight. Remove bulb. At the switch there is a small screw that should release the socket for the bulb and what ever else is left in the tube. If battery still stuck should be able to push it on through with what ever you have that will fit in the tube,.

Im trying to change a headlight

On that year and make of car you don't replace the headlight unit, just the bulb. Usually you have to open the hood and you can get to the bulb from that back side of the headlight housing. You give the holder/socket about a 1/4 turn and then pull it back and away; once clear of the assembly you'll see the bulb in the part you just took out. The bulb just pulls straight out of the holder. Sometimes getting to the back of the headlight assembly is really hard, sometimes not. Just go to your local auto parts store to purchase the replacement. The one warning is to never touch the bulb with your bare hands (fingers). The oil from your body will cause the bulb to burn out. Either wear rubber gloves when handling the bulb or a clean rag. To be extra sure, once you install the bulb in the socket, wipe it off with an alcohol wipe, then install it back into the headlight assembly.

I have a problem with my screen not showing up but you can hold a flashlite to the screen and see the image what do you recommend

Ok if you can see the image when you show a flashlight to it means that the backlight is not working, it could be a simple problem as the backlight power cable loose inside or in worst case the backlight completely damaged. Best to take it to a service center and they will be able to tell you what happened. Hopefully it's just a loose cable.

I have a Kenmore Gas dryer model 11072702101 gets hot does not spin

Hi, Problem here is that your belt either came off or is broken. To get to it, remove two screws at vent. Take a putty knife and press in on the front left and right sides just under the lid. Lift up and prop. You'll find two more screws at the top of the front on either side. Remove. Front will fall out to you and lift up. Remove doorswitch wires noting where they came off of. NOTE FIRST, UNPLUG THE DRYER! Belt part number is 341241 at $20.38. To install, belt around drum, lay down with flashlite. Belt goes around motor shaft. Pull idler pulley back put belt over it and release. Reinstall cab. way you took it off. Hope this helps.

MY RINNAi will not shut itself off, continues to run no matter what temp I set it at.

The thermostat wire is located near the floor, so it is possible there is a draft where it is located causing the heater to continually run. I turned the power off to my heater and took the front and side panel off. The thermostat wire is yellow and runs to the back. At the end of the wire is a black bulb like structure. The yellow wire is typically coiled up with extra wire. I undid the coil and re routed the wire and bulb end up to the top of the heater. Works much better now.

I have a Maytag Atlantis extra capacity. It took 3 hours for 8 white cotton towels (average size) to dry.

ALWAYS UNPLUG YOUR DRYER BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO DO ANY WORK ON IT.
Check to make sure you are getting full 220 Volt power to the dryer, if you are then:
Sounds like your problem may be with the heating coil. Remove the back of the machine and try to
locate the air duct going from the blower to the drum. Normally inside the air duct you will find
the heating coil and the thermostats/thermistor. Once you have located the heating coil, remove the two wires from it and check the coil with an ohm meter across the two terminals of the coil.
You should read continuity across the terminals, if not you will need to replace the coil as it is faulty. If the heating coil is ok, then: You can check the thermostat/thermistor by removing the two wires and taping them together with electrical tape. If the coil heats up then replace the thermostat/thermistor.
DO NOT LEAVE THE WIRES TAPED TOGETHER AFTER THE TEST. This could cause a FIRE, as you have removed the safety of overheat from the machine.

Good Luck, Hope this helps
Please do not forget to rate me,
Thank you

How do you change the bulb in a minimaglite

1. Unscrew the "bell" (top) of the flashlite. 2. Remove the bulb by pulling upward. 3. Replace with new bulb (be sure you have the correct bulb . . . it will have two small wires protruding from the bottom). 4. CAREFULLY insert new bulb through hole in the bottom of the reflector. 5. Screw the top of the flashlight back on.

No loose connections? You can disconnect the battery for about 10 minutes to completely reset the computer and see if the light comes back on. If not, you're most likely good to go.
