It could be a lot of things first describe dirty, there are spots? double image? the first thing to do in a copier is to clean the transfer band(blade) . check out the fuser or the cleaning rolls of the fuser perhaps they are dirty.

Sharp IR 2016 platine glass dirty

The cover plate is above the glass white surface of the scanner. If this is the same dirty stains will come out on copies.
The glass must be clean.
By feeding the original documents through the ADF, the scanner lamp is no longer the path to scan, the ADF is responsible for passing the original document over the scanner, while it remains still placed on the side under a thin glass is to a large glass side. This also must be clean, otherwise you will be black lines on each point or spot on the glass.
Good luck ...

My copies comes out faintly. pls wat is/ are the cause(s) ?

Hi,
the light copies on these machine can be result of dirty optics. On digital machine when the optics are dirty the copy is light.
You should remove copy glass and clean the lenses and mirrors and glass with glass cleaner and polish it verry well.
Also the problem can be dirty laser unit.Worn developer, worn drum, charge roller,...

Hope that helps!

Copy darkness problem canon image runner 2830

Hi,
Did you try to clean beneath the copy glass?
On digital machines, when the copy glass or optics are dirty, copy becomes verry light.

How many copies do you have? pres 123 button.
It also could be that you need to change the toner station, by the book it goes 300000 copies.
But I bet on dirty copy glass and dirty scanner assy.Clean the glass with glass cleaner and polish it with dry cloth.

Our copies and starting to come out dirty and

Dark copies in that machine means the drum it's getting old. If adjusting the exposure to light makes the copies better, then the drum is the culprit.
