Your phone is most probably dead. However, if you are very lucky, the following procedure may help: Firstly, remove the battery and SIM card. Then you need to leave the handset somewhere warm to dry for a few days. (you could try a hairdryer, but don't get the handset too hot)
Finally, re-install the battery and SIM card, connet the handset to your charger and prey...... good luck.
