There might be many reasons because of which ur system is taking so much time to start. One would be because of virus, plz install some antivirus in that case. Other reason would be because of RAM, in that case upgrade it to 2GB.
Thanx

If your PC is taking more time to start than usual, you could probably think of some of the most recent programs you have installed on the PC. What I recommend is checking some of the start up programs that automatically start when Windows loads up. Each of them uses vital system processes and can slow down the time it takes to boot up completely.
I suggest downloading a program that can manage your start up programs and also do the necessary clean ups on your PC automatically. Click here for the link.
I hope this helps and thanks for choosing FixYa.com.

Toshiba laptop takes long time start

use the msconfig, in the start search, appearing the window, go to start, disabable all the program that retard the start up, and then o.k and restart the computer see what happen.

Otherwise you must pass the antivirus+antimalware+and scandisk for error disk.

God bless you

Laptop takes a LONG time to start and takes a long

You have a badly designed program running in the back ground. Finding it will be difficult. Best way is to make a backup of your files and reinstall. After that start installing your programs one by one with reboots in between. When you will reach the problem one you will know - just get rid of it.
